While I am in GLPS I am gonna set three goals. Also achieve three goals during the next 30days. My first goal to achieve is to lose weight. I want to lose at least 5kg. To achieve my goal I have to eat less food and not eat snacks. Also I won't eat any rice and bread for next 30 days. I also have to exercise everyday. We walk up and down the hills for lunch and dinner. When I walk up the hills I will walk fast. Also before I go to bed I will stretch first.
My second goal is to not get caught on EOP by PAs and TAs. The 2 steps for achieving my goal are trying hard and keeping up my English. I will make friends with the Pas and TAs by leaving a good impression to them.
For my last goal, I want to make lots of friends.To achieve my goal I will be friendly and kind, also leave them a good impression so that we could be friends. To make lots of friends I will smile and say "hi" to my friends. I will achieve these three goals during next 30days, so that after I leave GLPS I would be thinner, smarter and friendlier.

I personally think you are acheiving your goals because you are making lots of new friends, exercising, and you've never gotten an EOP. Keep up the good work!

ReplyDeleteI like the goals you have chosen but I don't think you need to lose 5 kg! It is a good goal to exercise though as it helps us be healthy. It sounds like you are doing well with your goals so far. You should post each week your progress.
When you publish, please make sure to put spaces in between your paragraphs. You also need to add the pictures throughout the post instead of just at the end to make it look more visually pleasing. One more correction is the word "gonna" is just used in spoken English. In writing we use "going to"
